Refund policy
At Safari 97, we stand behind every bag we send. Coffee is a perishable product and all sales are final, but if something is wrong, we want to hear about it.
Coffee
Because our coffee is roasted fresh for each order, we cannot accept returns, exchanges, or refunds on coffee once it has been shipped. This applies to all bag sizes and all subscription orders.
That said, if you are not happy with what you received, reach out. We take every piece of feedback seriously and will do our best to make it right. Email us at hello@safari97.coffee within 14 days of receiving your order and tell us what happened.
Order Cancellations
Because we roast to order, our window to cancel an order is narrow. If you need to cancel an order, contact us at hello@safari97.coffee as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate cancellations before the order has been roasted and dispatched. Once an order has been roasted or shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
If We Made an Error
If we sent you the wrong item, or your order arrived damaged, we will replace it or issue a full refund at no cost to you. Please contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a brief description of the issue. Photos are helpful but not required.
Shipping Delays and Carrier Issues
Once an order has been handed to our carrier, we are not responsible for delays or errors caused by the shipping provider. If your order is significantly delayed or lost in transit, contact us and we will work with you to find a resolution.
If your order is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please contact us at hello@safari97.coffee within 7 days. We will open an investigation with the carrier on your behalf and do our best to resolve the situation.
Online Orders and In-Person Sales
Orders placed through our website cannot be returned or refunded at in-person events or pop-ups, and vice versa. All online order issues must be handled through hello@safari97.coffee.
Subscriptions
Subscription payments that have already been processed are non-refundable for that billing cycle. If you would like to cancel, skip, or pause your subscription, see our Subscription Cancellation section in the Shipping Policy.
