Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days of being placed. You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.

Free Local Delivery in Calgary

We offer free local delivery to Calgary addresses. Select "Local Delivery" at checkout. We will reach out after your order is placed to confirm your delivery window.

Free Shipping

We offer free shipping on all orders of $100 CAD or more, shipped anywhere in Canada.

For orders under $100, shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order.

Shipping Within Canada

We ship Canada-wide. Delivery times vary by location and carrier.

Subscription Shipping

Subscription orders are processed and shipped on a recurring schedule based on your selected frequency. You will receive a reminder email before each order is charged and shipped.

You may cancel, skip, or pause your subscription at any time before your next order is processed. To make any changes, log in to your account and manage your subscription, or email us at hello@safari97.coffee. Changes requested after an order has been processed will take effect from the following billing cycle. There are no cancellation fees.

If a subscription payment has already been processed for a given cycle, that order will be fulfilled and shipped. Cancellation will take effect from the following billing cycle.

To update your shipping address, log in to your account or email us at hello@safari97.coffee before your next billing date. We are not responsible for failed deliveries due to an incorrect or outdated shipping address on file.

Holiday and Peak Season Shipping

During peak shipping periods, including the holiday season, delays are possible. We recommend checking our website and social channels for any order deadline announcements as the holidays approach.
